1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (optional for extra heat)

8 small corn or flour tortillas

1 cup shredded red cabbage

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Lime wedges, for serving

Prepare the Shrimp: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

    Breading Station: Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one with flour, the second with beaten eggs, and the third with panko breadcrumbs.

      Bread the Shrimp: Dredge each shrimp in flour, shaking off the excess. Next, dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it in panko breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to adhere.

        Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
