4 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Set aside.

      Place the butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish and place it in the preheated oven until the butter is melted and bubbly, about 5 minutes.

        Carefully remove the baking dish from the oven and pour the batter over the melted butter. Do not stir.

          Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed and golden brown.

            Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.
