Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap

Ingredients
  

2 large flour tortillas

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced

4 slices of crispy bacon, chopped

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup sliced green onions

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Sliced jalapeños for heat

Prepare the Chicken: If not already cooked, season your chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let cool, then shred or dice.

    Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels, then chop into smaller pieces.

      Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped bacon, ranch dressing, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions. Mix everything together until well coated. Add jalapeños if desired for an extra kick.

        Assemble the Wrap: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon half of the chicken and bacon mixture onto the center of the tortilla, leaving some space on the edges. Fold the sides inward and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling. Repeat with the second tortilla.

          Crisp the Wrap: Preheat a skillet over medium heat or use a panini press. Place the wraps seam side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.

            Serve: Slice each wrap in half, and serve immediately with extra ranch dressing for dipping, if desired.
