Ingredients

1 large flatbread (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cooked shredded chicken

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust according to your spice preference)

1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup diced red onions

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce. Toss well to ensure the chicken is fully coated in the sauce.

Assemble the Flatbread: Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread a generous layer of ranch dressing evenly over the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.

Add the Chicken: Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture over the flatbread, spreading it out evenly.

Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken, ensuring an even coverage. Top with diced red onions and feta cheese if using.

Bake: Place the flatbread in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden.

Garnish and Serve: Remove the flatbread from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle chopped green onions and fresh herbs on top for added flavor. Slice into wedges and serve with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
