2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great!)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup mixed greens (spinach, lettuce, etc.)

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)

Olive oil (for grilling)

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.

    Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture over the center of the tortilla.

      Top the chicken mixture with a handful of mixed greens, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños if you like some heat.

        Fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.

          Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet, grilling for 2-3 minutes per side, until they are golden brown and crispy.

            Remove from the skillet and let them cool for a minute before slicing in half. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious, cheesy chicken wraps!
