Ingredients

1 package (15.25 oz) Pumpkin Spice Oreo cookies

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional for melting chocolate)

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (for garnish)

Sea salt (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Crush the Oreos: In a food processor, blend the Pumpkin Spice Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Transfer the crumbs to a mixing bowl.

Mix with Cream Cheese: Add the softened cream cheese to the crushed Oreos. Use a spatula or your hands to mix until well combined and the mixture is smooth.

Form the Balls: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Once rolled, refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.

Coat the Balls: Remove the chilled Oreo balls from the refrigerator. Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, using a fork to lift it out. Allow excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl and place the covered ball back on the parchment-lined sheet.

Garnish: Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle a pinch of pumpkin pie spice and sea salt on top of each ball for an extra flavor kick.

Let Them Set: Allow the coated Oreo balls to sit at room temperature until the chocolate hardens, or place them in the refrigerator for faster setting.

Serve & Enjoy: Once the chocolate is set, serve these delightful Pumpkin Oreo Balls on a platter. They can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
