Ingredients
  

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Extra graham crackers and chocolate for topping

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

      Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

        In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

          Fold in the chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

            Spread half of the cookie dough mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan. Make sure to press it down firmly.

              Sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the layer of cookie dough.

                Top the marshmallows with extra chocolate pieces and crushed graham crackers for added crunch and flavor.

                  Take the remaining cookie dough and crumble it over the top of the marshmallows, ensuring it’s spread out evenly.

                    Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set. A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs but not wet dough.

                      Allow the cookie bars to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.

                        Serve warm for a gooey treat, or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
