24 Oreo cookies (divided)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Prep the Oreo Crust: Start by placing 16 Oreos in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. If you don’t have a food processor, you can place them in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
